This policy explains how likeyou and Local Single handle personal data when you use our websites, applications, support channels and payment-related services.

Our commitment 我們的承諾

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong). Your information will be collected, processed, and stored securely, and will only be used for purposes directly related to our services. We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

我們按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）保護個人資料，資料只會用於與服務直接相關的目的。

Information we collect 收集的資料

  • Account and profile information, such as an email address, display name, age range, preferences and profile content.
  • Chat and user-generated content, together with reports, moderation actions and appeals.
  • Payment and order records needed to process purchases, refunds, settlement and customer support. We do not need your full card number for routine support.
  • Device, log and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system, app version, approximate region, IP address and event timestamps.
  • Customer service communications and records needed to resolve a request.

How we use information 資料用途

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, improve product performance, respond to support requests, process payments and refunds, detect abuse, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations and communicate material service changes.

Retention and disclosure 保存與披露

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements. Service providers may process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices and rights 你的選擇與權利

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send a request to contactus@likeyouapps.com using the account email and describe the request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify ownership before acting.

Children and safety

The service is not intended for children. We may remove accounts or content that violate age, safety or abuse-prevention requirements. See our Safety & Moderation page for reporting and appeal information.
