Refund & Cancellation

Before you purchase 購買前

The checkout screen must show the applicable package price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, trial or promotional conditions and cancellation path before you confirm payment. No paid feature should be described as simply “free” when a charge may follow.

Cancel a subscription

Use the account or payment-provider cancellation path shown at checkout or in your purchase confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Keep the confirmation for your records.

Refund requests

Send a request to contactus@likeyouapps.com with the account email, order reference, purchase date, amount and reason. We will review the request against the purchase terms, applicable law and the payment provider's rules. Do not include a full card number or password.

退款請以帳戶電郵聯絡，提供訂單參考、購買日期、金額及原因；我們會按購買條款、適用法律及支付渠道規則處理。

Google Play purchases

For a purchase made through Google Play, you may also use the refund and subscription controls provided by Google Play for that transaction. The app is listed as Local Single: Chat & Friends with package ID app.local.single.
